Job Description
We're looking for a curious, tech-forward AI Video & Automation Coordinator to join our content team. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of generative AI, content production, and workflow automation — turning simple prompts into polished video content and shipping it across multiple social platforms with minimal manual effort.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale systems that define how our team creates and distributes content in the AI era. If you're energized by experimenting with new tools, designing repeatable processes, and watching your work reach audiences at scale, this role is for you
Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Generative Video Production
- Use generative AI tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Kling, Pika) to produce short-form video content from written briefs and creative prompts
- Craft and iterate on prompts to consistently produce on-brand, high-quality video outputs
- Maintain a prompt library and document what works — building institutional knowledge around AI content generation
- Lightly edit and QA AI-generated video before publishing (captions, pacing, brand overlays)
Workflow Automation
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n to post content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.)
- Trigger, schedule, and monitor content pipelines with minimal manual intervention
- Troubleshoot broken automations and keep systems running reliably
- Work with APIs and webhooks to connect AI tools, storage systems, and social platforms
Scalability & Systems Thinking
- Design workflows that can be templated and replicated across multiple content channels or client verticals
- Document every system you build — SOPs, workflow maps, naming conventions — so the team can operate and expand them independently
- Identify bottlenecks in the content-to-publish pipeline and propose solutions
- Support the buildout of a multi-channel content operation that scales without proportional headcount growth
Qualifications:
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in a content, media, marketing, or production coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with at least one generative AI video tool (Runway, Pika, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, or similar)
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Comfortable working with social media APIs or scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Publer)
- Strong attention to detail and an instinct for what makes content feel native to each platform
- Ability to write clear, structured prompts and iterate based on output quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with cloud storage systems (Google Drive, Airtable, Notion) as part of a content pipeline
- Understanding of platform-specific content specs (aspect ratios, duration limits, caption formats)
- Prior experience building or managing a multi-channel social media operation
